Arbor is a secure, management information system that enables schools to manage pupil data, record and monitor attendance, track pupil progress and communicate effectively with parents/carers.
Parents/carers are able to access to the Arbor Parent Portal and Arbor Parent App in order to:
- Communicate with the school
- View and amend pupil and parent details
- Check outstanding balances and make payments for school lunches, childcare fees and snack
- Book Parent consultations
Getting Started
Before your child starts at Birchwood Nursery School, you will receive an email invitation to join Arbor, including set-up instructions. Once you have set up your account, you can download the Arbor App from the App Store or Google Play.
We encourage all parents to download the App as this enables two-way communication between the parent and the school at no cost to either party.
We also advise parents to enable push notifications on the Parent App so that they receive any urgent messages sent, and to save the address no-reply@mail.arbor-education.com to their safe senders list to avoid emails going to your spam folder.
