Nursery and Preschool

Our Preschool and Nursery offers a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment where children aged 2 to 4 years can learn, explore and thrive.

Our highly qualified and experienced Teachers and Early Years Practitioners provide children with the care, support and experiences they need to develop their confidence, independence and love of learning.

Preschool

Our youngest children, aged 2, have access to a large, age-appropriate classroom and dedicated outdoor space, providing plenty of opportunities to learn through play and exploration.

As children progress through Preschool, they benefit from two larger classrooms, as well as a dedicated home corner where they can develop their imagination and creativity through role play. Children also have their own dining area for lunch and snack times, helping to develop independence and create opportunities for social interaction.

Nursery

Our Nursery provides two large classrooms, including a dedicated water-play room, as well as a spacious garden where children can enjoy exciting, challenging and stimulating experiences throughout the year.

All Nursery children also have access to our on-site Forest School, led by our dedicated Forest School Teacher. Through Forest School, children can explore the natural environment, develop their confidence and resilience, and learn through hands-on experiences.

Supporting Every Child

We are proud to offer an inclusive environment where every child is supported to reach their potential. Acorn Cottage is a specially designed space for children with additional needs, providing a calm and supportive environment tailored to individual needs.

Our Nurture provision offers additional support for children who may need help with their personal, social and emotional development, helping them to build confidence, develop positive relationships and feel secure within our school community.

A Seamless Early Years Journey

Children can join our Preschool independently or continue into Nursery, benefiting from a seamless Early Years experience within one welcoming school.

From their very first day, we aim to create a safe, happy and stimulating environment where every child feels valued, supported and excited to learn.
